What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, email, phone number, topic, and message you submit. If you email or message us directly, we receive whatever you send.
The host, Vercel, processes technical request data needed to serve the site, such as IP address and browser data in server logs.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to answer you and, if a project follows, to prepare that work. The basis is your request to hear from us, and the steps needed before a contract.
Who processes it with us
Vercel hosts the website. When email delivery is connected, Resend sends the contact form to our inbox. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept long enough to answer and, if we work together, for the project record.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, a correction, or deletion, by emailing info@docsly.nl. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
